Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms of Sale, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Returns

When you place an order with Atticus Clothing Boutique online, you’ll receive an email to thank you for your purchase and confirming your order’s details. We’ll keep you posted on progress too. If you need to get in touch, you can email us at info@atticusboutique.com.

All orders placed on a business day will be despatched the following day providing card security checks are complete. Any orders over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (only exception on Bank Holidays).

Free Postage and Packaging on orders over £50 within the UK. Orders under will require a P&P charge of either £5.50 for recorded 1st class delivery or £3 for standard 2nd class recorded delivery. Recorded delivery means that the package will need to be signed for.

International Delivery is also sent Recorded, but obviously allow longer time for delivery, depending on how far afield you are ordering from. We estimate within the EU 5-10 working days. Postage charge of £10 will apply to orders outside the UK. 

Exchange and Refund

We guarantee to exchange or refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Sale items are non-refundable. 

If you chose to return goods, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for it’s registered return to us. We will refund the cost of postage after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty. After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.

To return your item/s: Complete the returns form provided and securely package the items. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel 'Tracked/Signed for'. Post the items/s and return form to:

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Goods Not for Resale or Export

You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Website for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export.


We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Our Privacy Policy governs the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products or services through the Site.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Atticus Boutique.

Atticus Boutique has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Atticus Boutique shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
